Namma Marina
ReplyDeleteThis picture shows the bird eye view of Marina beach in Chennai. It looks crowded and I can see tons of shops there. Probably it's a weekend or some festival season or thinking of the population, it could be one ordinary day. It's not just the beach, it's got other sites around it like the Anna Samadhi, MGR Samadhi and Jayalalitha Samadhi. Also there are plenty of statues too look around. Light house is the highlight of the area. People are allowed to get into it to have a top view of the entire beach and Chennai (almost). I have once gone into it. It was impressive and fun.
Title : Water Blight
ReplyDeleteI'm going to describe the 3rd picture.
This picture shows that Lake is filled with garbage waste and other industrial waste. The one boy rowing the boat and another boy searching something. This shows the water pollution in lake.Due to this pesticides and other metals, also harm or kill the fish population. These wastes contain some harmful toxins and other chemicals which make poisonous to aquatic animals and plants. This picture shows that these boys are struggling to push the boat in wastes.Lake is mostly filled with plastics and deadly aquatic animals.Inside the boat, there is some things for them. Water looks dirty like sewage water. It damages the natural environment.Factories wastes are mixed with this lake water. There is mostly colored plastic bags and bottles. The boat is slightly damaged. It is day time, the boys are rowing the boat. Its a summer season, because there is no water at all.The boys looks like they are poor. They worn simple dresses. During summer, Most of the lakes are like this...The pedals are soo heavy to push by them. They are tired in searching fish, because there is no fish in this lake. The boat is fully surrounded with plastic and industrial waste.

ReplyDeleteWell im explaining the third picture. This picture clearly delivers the plightful situation of today's water resources. we as humans have failed to preserve the beauty of our environment. The picture shows a lake fully covered with floating trash cans, plastic covers all designated to be manmade pollution.
The man driving the boat even faces difficulty to drive through the water through his rower. The boys reaction seems as though he is thinking "why the hell did we do this to our rivers? I would like to give a relatable situation for the picture given,
At present Keezhadi's research has discovered many ancestral materials underground but later after a thousand years our future
generations would be digging out and finding only plastic covers and e-wastes which we had made a treasure for them underground.
Few ways to overcome such situations would be 1.cleaning our rivers 2. stopping river sand scams 3. not invading present dried river sites as dwelling places 4. providing proper channels for rivers to end up in seas 5. building dams and reservoirs 6.industrial and dwelling constructions must not be made near waterbodies and most of public knowledge in preserving our water sources .
So we must start saving our environment atleast for the sake of future generations.
The second picture is a top view of the marina beach taken using a drone most probably.....a beach is always peaceful .....there are a lot of shops and it is pretty crowded and the car parking is almost full......based on the crowd it may be a holiday or a weekend....it's evening time and the sun is going to disappear in a few minutes which makes the time even more peaceful and calm....
ReplyDeleteI'm explaining the second picture..,it was like view of kite it seems like marina beach there is no space to park the bikes and cars because roadside parking is already filled and road is almost traffic jamed on beach there are lots of people's made fun and enjoying the day..it might be a holiday or weakend or any other fetival day.. otherwise there will be slightly difference in crowd because once I went to marina on weekdays there was no crowd and no more peoples only few families are made fun and some couples are walking together hands and no more shops are present only few shops are there and later I'll went there on one Sunday it was crowded and so many shops are present and they are gaving offer on their food products so I experienced very well on our "marina beach" on this picture so many peoples are left their garbage wastes on beach it was the wrong one., we have such responsibility "we only keep our evironment clean" they all want to remind this due to our irresponsibility actions so many peoples are misusing our natural resources so, first step to protecting our nature will be starts with us. We only enjoying with our environment so we only have responsibility on protecting our environment and natural resources
ReplyDeleteMarina beach
ReplyDeleteThis shot is taken from drone as well as a wide angle shot. This shot was taken on a fine evening it may be a weekend time as you could see hundreds of car being parked on the either side of the road. The beach looks crowded than a normal day hope everyone are having a fun time there, you can also notice small eatable stores every inch from this view and also playing horse cart for childrens. You can also notice car drivers are waiting and struggling to park the cars in the either side of the road. It is good to see the greeneries on the left side of the road the trees and grass are well maintained by the authorities. The sea shines as if broken glass arranged together its you can also notice the crowd near the shore waiting for their feet to drip inside the sea. This beach is never getting old it has been years till now but the beach has the same amount of people coming here everyday many of us would have visited atleast once but we get excited if we are getting there back it also unites everyone as you can remember the protestion of " Jallikattu " issue.
My beach:
ReplyDeleteThis picture describes the marina beach which is captured at early morning or at evening. There are many people at this place so this shows that the picture is captured at evening. There are many children's enjoying at the beach there are also many shops to eat and buy things ,on the left side there is the road where there are more vehicles parked and there are vehicles searching for the place and there is a traffic over that area. The beach is also very silent and the weather is cool and pleasant to enjoy at beach. This place also reminds me the childhood days at beach where we are excited to enjoy in water and sands. There are also people who come to relax themselves.some come to enjoy pleasant weather.
Second picture:
ReplyDeleteMarina beach is full of activity in the early morning hours and in the evenings. Walking along the beaches during sunrise and sunset is a pleasant experience for all. In the evening this beach becomes a fair ground with numerous stalls selling artifacts, handcrafted showpieces, ethnic jewelry, and food items. Children play games and frolic around.Going into the sea should be done under expert guidance as the undercurrent is strong. Flying kites and pony riding are popular activities on this beach.
The slow death of Yamuna
ReplyDeleteYamuna, the second largest tributary of the Ganges river. It starts from Uttarakhand as "sweet clear blue water" and passes through Delhi as " sewage drain". Due to high-density population growth and rapid industrialisation, Yamuna has become one of the most polluted rivers in the world. The Yamuna is particularly polluted downstream of New Delhi, the capital of India, which dumps about 58% of its waste into the river. The most pollution comes from Wazirabad, from where Yamuna enters Delhi. The agricultural land around the capital, where the farmers were entirely dependent on the river water for farming are banned from cultivating due to high level of pollutants in the river. The fishermen fish out plastics rather that fishes. All because of the ignorant people and poor management by the government. The primary cause of pollution is the partially treated or untreated sewage water released by the capital city into the river. We all know the cause of it but no one has a solution for it. As of now there is no way of disposing this waste without causing harm to the environment. There is no alternate way other than to control the waste production.
The second picture shows an aerial view of Marina Beach most probably taken using a drone or maybe by a photographer on the roof top of a nearby building, the picture was taken at an evening time as in Marina Beach you would be able to see the sun rise but not the sun set. this picture represents the daily happenings that take place in Marina Beach. As seen in this picture the parking lot will always be filled with cars and people would constantly enter and exit the beach feeling much relaxed and calm from the waves and the breeze of the Indian ocean. The people visiting the place also enjoy all the activities present by all the stalls in the beach and enjoy all the sea food available in certain food stalls, some people also love going swimming in the ocean where as the rest feel happy by just dipping their feet in the ocean.
ReplyDeleteTitle : Mother Earth in Danger
ReplyDeleteI am going to explain the 3rd picture.
In this picture we can see two boys in a boat. One boy is rowing the boat, and the other boy looks like searching for something .
In this picture we can see how polluted the rivers and seas are there in India. We can also see lot of non-biodegradable products on the river, which is sometimes consummed by marine animals, which leads to their death followed by their extinction. In this picture we cant even see the river, only the garbage is seen. The garbage has covered the surface of the river completely. It is high time for us to realise our mistakes, and decide to protect our Mother Earth from danger.
It is a kabaadi match in this picture we can see that a player is returning after thevraid with great struggle where five opponents is trying to stop the raiding person from reaching the line . .... . If he touches the line the man catching and touching him will be out if not the raid man will be out . . .. Thie is a best sportive and Indian game named kabadi

ReplyDeleteKabaddi is a contact team sport, played between two teams of seven players. The objective of the game is for a single player on offence, referred to as a "raider", to run into the opposing team's half of a court, tag out as many of their defenders as possible, and return to their own half of the court, all without being tackled by the defenders, and in a single breath. Points are scored tagged by the raider, while the opposing team earns a point for stopping the raider. Players are taken out of the game if they are tagged or tackled, but are brought back in for each point scored by their team from a tag or tackle.
ReplyDeleteIt is the national sport of Bangladesh
And it's also popular in south asian countries and especially in south Indian states
I'm writing about the first picture.
ReplyDeletethe picture shows us a kabaddi match.Kabaddi is a contact team sport, played between two teams of seven players. It originated in the southern part of India.
There are two teams one is wearing a black Jersey and the other peach. The raider from team black is trying to touch his court during his raid.the members of team peach are trying to block him.
WHEN WILL WATER AND WASTE GET DIVORCE..?
ReplyDeleteWater is one of the vital resources for every living organisms even after knowing this we never stop throwing waste into it.The picture depicts that we all have apathy towards the water bodies. These polluted water creates lots of problems to people who live in and around the rivers . We have started to recycle waste water before saving the remaining pure water. We can have a clean water body only if it becomes illegal to pollute the water. So that both water and us can have a hand in hand healthy being.
