Kendo is a Japanese Martial Art.
It's developed from their traditional swordsmanship. The person who practices it is called as Kendoka. 'Ka' is added as a suffix to show what the person is doing. Like a manga artist is called as Manga-ka.They practice Kendo with Bamboo swords called shinai and an armor which includes a mask. They wear a kimono like outfit beneath it. They do not use Katana like the samurai. One has animes based on Kendo. It's a famous Japanese art that it's commonly taught in schools. It's popular among the kids as well as the adults.

  7. Taekwondo or Tae-Kwon-Do is a Korean Martial arts form, characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques, in fact, to facilitate fast turning kicks Taekwondo generally adopts stances that are narrower and taller than the broader, wide stances used by martial arts such as karate. The tradeoff of decreased stability is believed to be worth the commensurate increase in agility, particularly in Kukkiwon-style Taekwondo. It was first played in the 1940's right after the end of the first world war and was recognized as an Olympic sport as of the 2000s.

  9. Judo is a tremendous and dynamic combat sport that originated in Japan as a derivative of the various martial arts developed and used by the samurai and warrior class over hundreds of years. It demands both physical prowess and great mental discipline. The word judo consists of two Japanese characters, ju, which means "gentle", and do, which means "the way". Judo, therefore, literally means the way of gentleness.
The rules of the sport of judo are complex. The objective is to cleanly throw, to pin, or to master the opponent, the latter being done by applying pressure to arm joints or to the neck to cause the opponent to yield.Techniques are generally intended to turn an opponent’s force to one’s own advantage rather than to oppose it directly.

Adi murai,it was a very secret art practiced by the nadar community people, since the Tamil sangam age or even pre Tamil sangam age. This fact is blindly ignored by historians, as they do not have enough proofs to substantiate their statement. But,it is a matter of fact ,that till the very recent past , that this art was kept very secretive among the family members of this community.
This art was brought to it's current state during the reign of the chera, chola and pandiya dynasties. During this period, adi murai incorporated some greeter weapons from silambam, after modifying their techniques yo suite it's weaponry science.
Adi murai was later adopted by the raja of travancore, in order to train his armies. The nadars of travancore were primarily from tinnevely or tirunelveli, who migrated to travancore, after the king of travancore captured contiguous parts of tinnevelly areas like tenkasi.
The king of travancore also set up these nadar families in the travancore armies. But the history of travancore was distorted in favor of the nairs with the help of kerala brahmins.

It probably comes as no surprise that the world's most effective and dangerous form of combat from one of the most conflicted regions of the world. Krav Maga is a non-sport form of martial arts, meaning it doesn't concern itself with the opponents' well-being.
